Do not include manufacturing machinery or equipment that is being claimed under Code #13 and on the M-65 Form.

 

 

 

 

Notes:

 

#1    Last year (2013) total indicates what you filed to the town and Current Year (2014) total indicates the total you will file to the town.

 

#2    Add/Edit new assets, will allow you to add or modify current year (2014) and prior year total

 

#3&#4 Disposed Assets, will you allow to dispose of assets in the prior years

 

#5    Add/Disposed Assets will show you all the total changes from last year to the current year.
