All other goods, chattels, effects and any other taxable personal property, except rental games, video tapes and/or cd’s, and any other taxable personal property not previously mentioned or which does not fit into any of the other categories including leasehold improvements (i.e., improvements made by the lessee), that have not been assessed as real property.
